Dr. Sharifa Noaman Al-Emadi is the Executive Director of the Doha International Family Institute (DIFI) and a licensed clinical psychologist accredited by Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health. She serves as a part-time advisor to the Minister of Social Development and Family and previously led AMAN and International & Community Relations at Naufar. A visiting faculty member at Qatar University, she designs programs in family therapy and addiction prevention, publishes and presents internationally, and received the Platinum Scientific Excellence Award (2009). She led initiatives such as extended maternity leave and the Tanshe’a program and introduced “Familiest” as a global family-support movement.

Ms. Fatima Youssef Al Obaidli is Assistant Director of the Department of School and Student Affairs at Qatar’s Ministry of Education and Higher Education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Qatar University and has progressed through roles as a teacher, supervisor, education consultant, and head of programs and activities. She oversees school principals and administrative and academic quality, supervises educational counselors, and chairs the School Traffic Safety Committee. She also leads the school support team, contributes to curriculum development, delivers specialized workshops, develops ministry plans, and manages national initiatives including Tanshe’a, National Identity, and Adolescent Wellbeing, representing the Ministry in Gulf and international forums.

Dr. Latifa A. Aziz Al-Meghaissib is Head of the Art Education Department at Qatar University and holds a PhD in Education (Curriculum and Teaching Methods – Art Education). A family counselor and certified trainer, she designs educational toolkits and delivers workshops in Qatar and internationally. She serves on key committees within the College of Education, including Quality Assurance and Program Development, Strategic Planning, and Curriculum and Textbooks, and has contributed to the Visual Arts Standards Committee at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. She actively participates in local and international conferences and maintains a strong educational media presence focused on awareness and learning.

Young Mothers Initiative (“Ummahat Shabbat”)
Ms. Najla Saeed Al-Kuwari is the founder of the Young Mothers Initiative (“Ummahat Shabbat”) and a mother of four. She established a support community that empowers young mothers through guidance, shared learning, and practical parenting support. A breastfeeding counselor, she also founded the “Ma Lahum Badeel” campaign, which focuses on child and family issues and strengthening public awareness of children’s needs and protection. In recognition of her community engagement, she served as an Akhlaquna Initiative Ambassador (2025), advocating for values-based family support and mother-to-mother networks.

Ms. Samira Noaman Al-Emadi is an Arabic language teacher at Al Khor Primary School for Girls with 29 years of teaching experience. She holds the Expert Teacher License (2025) and received the “Distinguished Woman in the Arab World” title (2020). She has delivered voluntary training workshops across the Arab world and contributed through volunteer teaching with the Orphan Care Center “Dreama” and the Social Protection and Rehabilitation Center “AMAN.” She strongly believes in the teacher’s role in fostering psychological safety and academic excellence and moderates sessions using an interactive dialogue format driven by open-ended questions.
