DIFI Delegation Hosted by Iraqi Parliament

The Iraqi Parliament hosted a delegation from the DIFI Studies, headed by Dr. Sharifa Al-Emadi and the team from the institute and Naufar Hospital, in addition to the Charge d’Affaires of the State of Qatar Embassy in the Republic of Iraq.

During the meeting with the Prime Minister of Iraq, Mr. Mohammad Shia’ Al-Sudani, Qatar’s experience in implementing the national intervention program “Tanshee’ah” in schools was reviewed, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. This program is based on scientific guidelines to promote positive behaviors and mitigate risk factors.

The meeting also discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the institute and relevant bodies concerned with studies and programs related to family issues in the Republic of Iraq.
