
DIFI participated on in the 5th Budapest Demographic Summit in Hungary
This is a study on families living in the most difficult circumstances draw upon a rich set of characteristics, or ‘family strengths’, that enable them to nurture their members and continue to prosper in the face of even the most extreme adversity. This report contributes to efforts to shift the research on Qatari families and families in the Arab World from a deficit-centered approach to a strengths-based perspective that identifies the strengths of family members, community and culture.
