DIFI participated on in the 5th Budapest Demographic Summit in Hungary
DIFI co-sponsors Declaration of the Civil Society on the occasion of the 20th Anniversary of the International Year of the Family. The declaration, proposed by the International Federation of International Development (IFFD) contains the basic contents of United Nations resolutions about the International Year of the Family, as well as the main recommendations of different Expert Group Meetings organized during the preparation of the International Year of the Family.
The declaration was signed by more than 400 representatives, including civil organizations, academics, and policy-makers from 70 countries and it was supported by at least 240 organizations across five continents.

DIFI co-sponsored and joined World Family Declaration
Endorsed by the Doha International Family Institute (DIFI), this declaration is an initiative of the World Family Congress. It reaffirms commitments to the family in the Universal Declaration of Human rights, international conventions, and national constitutions.
