
DIFI participated on in the 5th Budapest Demographic Summit in Hungary
DIFI participated in a session entitled “Parenting education: regional and sub-regional perspectives” as part of the United Nations online Expert Group Meeting on “Families in Development: Focus on Modalities for IYF+30, Parenting Education and the Impact of COVID-19”.
The session was moderated by Dr. Sharifa Al-Emadi – Executive Director, Doha International Family Institute and speakers included DIFI Senior Researcher Mr. Ahmad Aref who presented on “Parenting Styles and Programs and What works for better Parenting in the MENA Region” and Professor Rosario Esteinou from Centro de Investigaciones Estudios Superiores en Antropología Social (CIESAS) who presented on “Parenting education in Latin America”.
