This study identifies the characteristics of strong Arab families and how they rely on their strengths as individuals, families, and members of larger communities to overcome common challenges. It aims to establish a baseline for future studies from other Arab countries on the characteristics of strong families as well as serving as a valuable resource that enables a rich understanding of specific types of support related to employment, income, housing, transport, and education.
